Q: What type of material do you use?
A: Our shirts and sun sleeves are made from Polyester with Lycra® to give it a silky stretch. It is 92% Polyester which provides the UPF 50+ protection from UV radiation (both UVA and UVB) and moisture wicking performance. The 8% Lycra® (spandex / elastine) provides the silky 4-way stretch.
Q: What payment providers do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover) plus Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
Q: How do I wash my Belesun products?
A: Belesun products are machine washable in warm or cold water. You can either put them in the dryer on low temperature or line dry. The material will not shrink or fade after multiple washes.
Q: Will the colors fade or bleed?
A: No, all Belesun products are colorfast, meaning they will not fade even after multiple washes.
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: We ship to all 50 states within the U.S as well as Canada. (Extra charges may apply to Alaska and Hawaii and Canada).
Your order will ship within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) after we receive your order. After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number with your shipping confirmation. Allow between 2-5 days for USPS Ground Advantage. Read our Shipping Policy for more information.
Q: How does sizing work?
A: Belesun shirts have a loose fit and feel silky smooth. They fit true to size and length and width dimensions are indicated on the size chart.
Sun sleeves are Unisex and women typically wear X-Small or Small and men typically wear a size Medium or Large. See measurements on the size chart.
Q: How do I open the watch slit on my sun sleeves or long sleeve shirt?
A: There is an optional watch slit on both arms of the sun sleeves and long sleeve shirts. If you do not want to open the watch slit and/or do not wear a watch, just leave as is. If you wear a smart watch, you have the option to open the watch slit on either the left or right arm. To open the watch slit, gently pull open the yellow basting stitch at the watch slit seam (similar to a pocket on a suit jacket)
Q: Can I return or exchange my Belesun products?
A: Yes, all Belesun products are returnable or exchangeable within 30 days. If you need to return or exchange, notify us at support@belesun.com and we will send out a return label for the shipment. Postage is pre-paid for the return. All items returned must include tags.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Yes, gift cards are available in various $25 denominations. Simply click on the link under “Gift Cards” and complete the information for the recipient. The recipient will then be able to use the gift card for any Belesun product. The recipient can use the gift card as payment on the shop page. Click here to purchase a gift card.
